CLASS RULES:
1. Please be seated, read the board, and begin working on the warm-up activity when you enter the classroom.
2. Conversations need to end when the bell rings.
3. Bring needed supplies to class.
4. Do not get out of your seat without permission.
5. Do not speak out in class - raise your hand instead.
6. Be honest and respectful of others and their property.
7. Do not throw objects across the room.
8. Have a book to read at all times.
9. Wait to be dismissed.
POLICIES:
1. Late work (daily grades only): Students will be sent to ZAP and will lose points on late assignments. Late work (major grades): Students will lose points on assignment.
2. When returning from an absence, students are responsible for asking for missed assignments. When absent, students will be given a grace period of one day per each day missed in order to complete and turn in make up assignments. This policy applies to all class work and homework, except in cases of extended absences, at which time arrangements can be made with the teacher.
3. When absent on the day of a scheduled test or quiz, students should be prepared to take the missed test or quiz upon returning to school. In the event of extended absences, the students will make arrangements with the teacher to make up the missed test/quiz.

4 dividers (journal, vocabulary, major grades, daily work)
Ball point pens (red, blue, black)
3 Highlighters (yellow, blue, and green)
Notebook paper
Markers
#2 pencils
3 packages of Index cards
Construction paper (9th grade only)
3 folders with pockets and brads (10th grade only)
Box of tissues
